• Train, support, and regularly monitor external service advisors
• Participate in the agency's strategy
• Manage a client portfolio and contribute to its development: identify client needs and propose tailored, differentiated solutions.
• Propose process improvements in line with the evolution of tools
• Know the trends in your market; regularly stimulate their development
• Participate in and contribute to the economic and social life of your area; create opportunities for contact, develop networks of business indicators and business introducers, and actively influence them.

Requirements

Votre profil :

• AFA Intermediate Insurance Certificate; IAF diploma or federal certificate would be an asset
• Several years of experience in insurance consulting and sales team management
• Excellent command of computer tools
• Langue maternelle française

Well integrated into the economic and social environment of the region, you enjoy interacting with others and developing relationships. You also have natural leadership skills and know how to make decisions. Organized, committed, and positive, you are proactive and willing to take the initiative. Your customer focus and ability to support your colleagues and work in a team bring real added value. In addition, you are open to training young people.
