Tasks

• Formation, support and regular monitoring of consultants in the field
• Participation in the agency's strategy
• Taking over a customer portfolio and contributing to its development: recognizing the needs of customers and presenting adapted and differentiated solutions
• Proposal of process improvements in connection with the further development of the tools
• Knowledge of market trends; regular information on their development
• Participation and contribution to economic and social life in its area of responsibility; creation of contacts, development of business networks and active influencing

Requirements

• Certificate "Intermédiaires d'assurance AFA"; IAF diploma or federal diploma would be a plus
• Several years of experience in insurance consulting and in managing a sales team
• Excellent command of computer tools
• Mother tongue French
