Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Chef de vente / Cheffe de vente (h/f/x) for its agency in Lausanne to lead an équipe of conseillers and develop business in the Lausanne and Oron regions. The position includes leadership, customer service and sales management.

Tasks
- Forming, accompanying and regularly monitoring the consultants in the external service
- Participation in the agency's strategy
- Taking over a customer portfolio and contributing to its development: recognizing the needs of customers and presenting adapted and differentiated solutions
- Suggesting process improvements in connection with the further development of the tools
- Knowledge of market trends; regular information on their development
- Participation and contribution to economic and social life in its area of responsibility; creation of contact opportunities, development of networks of indicators and business initiators and active influencing
Requirements
- Certificate "Intermédiaire d'assurance AFA"; diploma IAF or federal diploma would be a plus
- Several years of experience in insurance consulting and in managing a sales team
- Excellent command of computer tools
- Mother tongue French
