Vaudoise Assurances is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead a team of advisors and develop business in the Moudon region. The role involves managing employees, acquiring and supporting customers, and developing business strategies.

Tasks
- Forming, supporting, and regularly monitoring field consultants
- Participation in the agency's strategy
- Taking over a client portfolio and contributing to its development; identifying client needs and proposing tailored and differentiated solutions
- Proposing process improvements in connection with the further development of the instruments
- Knowledge of market trends; regular information about their development
- Participation and contribution to economic and social life in its area of responsibility; creation of contacts, development of networks of business partners and active influence
Requirements
- Intermediary certificate for insurance AFA; IAF diploma or federal diploma would be an advantage
- Several years of experience in insurance consulting and in managing a sales team
- Excellent command of computer tools
- Mother tongue French
