Vaudoise Assurances is looking for an experienced Chef de vente / Cheffe de vente to lead an équipe of conseillers and develop the business in the Moudon region. The position involves managing a team, advising and acquiring clients and developing business strategies.

Tasks
- formers, accompany and regularly monitor the consultants in the field
- Participate in the agency's strategy
- Take over a client portfolio and contribute to its development; recognize the needs of clients and offer them adapted and differentiated solutions
- Propose process improvements in connection with the further development of the tools
- Know market trends; keep yourself regularly informed about their development
- Participate and contribute to the economic and social development of his/her area; create opportunities for contacts, build and actively influence networks of business partners
Requirements
- Certificate "Intermédiaire d'assurance AFA"; diploma IAF or federal diploma would be a plus
- Several years of experience in insurance consulting and in managing a sales team
- Excellent command of computer tools
- Mother tongue French
