Job description

Tasks

• Motivating and leading a team of architects for application solutions (5 people)
• Defining and implementing a strategy for solution architecture, enriching the reference model with standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Managing architect support during the analysis and design phases of digital transformation projects
• Ensuring constant technological monitoring, overview of the solution architecture and its dissemination within the organization
• Supporting the development of skills within your own team and project teams
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Governance controls in the area of architectural solution decisions

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science (HES type, Bachelor's/Master's EPFL)
• 10 years or more of experience in IT, gained in various roles and/or environments, including at least 5 years of experience in team leadership of architects
• Expertise in translating business requirements into architectural requirements
• Expertise in large-scale transformation programs and integration and transition issues
• Expertise in cloud computing, especially Microsoft Azure, SaaS solutions, and development with current technologies
• Experience in managing an architecture reference model, ideally with a product (e.g., Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Bizzdesign)
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Experience in a similar field of activity is an advantage, but not essential.
• Languages: French (fluent), English (at least B2)
