Vaudoise is looking for a Chef/Fe de groupe des Architectes Solutions IT (h/f/x) to lead a team of architects and develop a digital transformation strategy. The position offers a challenge in leading a team and shaping the IT architecture for a leading Swiss insurance company.
Job description
Tasks
- Animer et encadrer une équipe d'Architectes Application Solutions (5 personnes)
- Définir et piloter une stratégie d'architecture solution, enrichir le référentiel avec des standards, design patterns et best practices
- Piloter le support des architectes aux phases d'analyse et conception de projets de la transformation digitale
- Ensure a constant technological drive, have a vision on the architecture solution and know how to promote it in the organization
- Accompany the assembly in competences of his team, but also of the project realization teams
- Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Piloting governance according to the decision-making needs of the architecture solution domain
Requirements
- Formation supérieure en informatique type HES, bachelor / master EPFL
- 10 ans or more d'expérience en informatique, acquise dans différents rôles and/or environnements dont un minimum de 5 ans en management d'équipe(s) d'architectes/IT
- Expertise pour transposer des capacités et des exigences commerciales futures en exigences d'architecture de solutions
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs and integration and transition issues
- Expertise in transition to the cloud, in particular Microsoft Azure, SaaS solutions and development with current technologies
- Experience in the management of the company's architecture portfolio, ideally with the help of a product (Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Biizzdesign, etc.)
- Excellent analysis, planning and organizational skills
- Une expérience dans un secteur d'activité similaire est utile, mais pas obligatoire
- Langues : Français : courant / Anglais : minimum B2
