Job description

Tasks

• Animating and leading a team of architects for application solutions (5 people)
• Defining and implementing a strategy for the solution architecture, enriching the reference model with standards, design patterns and best practices
• Supporting architects during the analysis and conception phases of digital transformation projects
• Ensure continuous technological monitoring, overview of the solution architecture and its distribution in the organization
• Supporting the skills development of the team and the project teams
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Controlling governance in the area of architecture decisions

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science (type HES, Bachelor/Master EPFL)
• 10 years or more experience in IT, of which at least 5 years experience in team management of architects/solutions
• Expertise in translating business requirements into architectural requirements
• Experience in large transformation programs and integration/transition issues
• Expertise in cloud computing, especially Microsoft Azure, SaaS solutions and development with current technologies
• Experience in the management of architecture models, ideally with a product (Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Bizzdesign etc.)
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Experience in a similar sector is an advantage, but not required
• Languages: French (mother tongue), English (at least B2)
