Job description

Tasks

• Animating and leading a team of architects for application solutions (5 people)
• Defining and implementing a strategy for the solution architecture, enriching the reference model with standards, design patterns and best practices
• Managing the support of architects during the analysis and design phases of digital transformation projects
• Ensure continuous technological monitoring, overview of the solution architecture and its distribution in the organization
• Supporting the skills development of the team and the project teams
• Managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Controlling governance in the area of architecture decisions

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science (type HES, Bachelor/Master EPFL)
• 10 years or more experience in information technology, acquired in various roles and/or environments, including at least 5 years of experience leading teams of architects/architects
• Expertise in the implementation of business models and requirements in architectural requirements
• Experience in large transformation programs and integration and transition issues
• Expertise in cloud computing, especially Microsoft Azure, SaaS solutions and development with current technologies
• Experience in managing enterprise architecture models, ideally with a product (Sparx, IRIS, Leanx, Bizdesign, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Experience in a similar business area is useful but not required
• Languages: French (fluent), English (at least B2)
