missions

• Lead and supervise a team of Application Solutions Architects (5 people)
• Define and implement the solution architecture strategy by applying best practices for application infrastructure
• Pilot a support program for architects during the analysis and design phases of digital transformation projects
• Pilot governance around decision-making needs in the solution architecture domain
• Support the professional development of your team, as well as that of other members of the management team
• Enrich the reference framework with standards, design patterns, and documented patterns
• Manage relationships with the company's suppliers and external and internal partners

Profile

• Higher education in computer science (e.g., HES, Bachelor's/Master's degree)
• 10 or more years of experience in information technology, gained in management and supervisory roles
• Expertise in information technology and software architecture, particularly in the area of digital transformation for businesses
• Expertise in infrastructure architecture and cloud migration
• Experience in project and program management
• Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams (development, DevOps, infrastructure, security, etc.)
• Excellent analysis, planning and organizational skills
• Experience in a similar field is helpful, but not required.
• Languages: Fluent in French / English: minimum B2 level
