PMO Project Manager

Banque de proximité Neuchâtel (BCN) is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead projects and ensure the application of PMO methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in project management, and strong leadership skills.

PMO Project Manager (80–100%)

Vos missions principales

  • Oversee and manage major, complex, and cross-functional projects independently
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, review, brainstorming, wrap-up)
  • Monitor progress, deadlines, and risks on an operational level
  • Ensuring the quality and compliance of project deliverables
  • Ensure and promote the application of PMO methodology in project management

Votre profil

  • A tertiary education degree in Switzerland (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
  • Continuing Education in Project Management
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role

Your professional skills

  • Excellent ability to plan and organize tasks and projects over short, medium, and long periods
  • Knowledge of the banking sector is a significant asset
  • Native French speaker. Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered an asset.
  • Ease of learning various computer tools
  • Proficient in the application of collaborative and iterative project management methods
