PMO Project Manager (80–100%)Vos missions principales
- Oversee and manage major, complex, and cross-functional projects independently
- Organize and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, review, brainstorming, wrap-up)
- Monitor progress, deadlines, and risks on an operational level
- Ensuring the quality and compliance of project deliverables
- Ensure and promote the application of PMO methodology in project management
Votre profil
- A tertiary education degree in Switzerland (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Continuing Education in Project Management
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role
Your professional skills
- Excellent ability to plan and organize tasks and projects over short, medium, and long periods
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a significant asset
- Native French speaker. Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered an asset.
- Ease of learning various computer tools
- Proficient in the application of collaborative and iterative project management methods
