BCN, a community bank, is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead and organize projects to ensure their quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in project management, and excellent skills in planning and organizing projects.
Job description
PMO Project Manager (80–100%)Tasks
- Oversee and manage major, complex, and cross-functional projects independently
- Organize and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, review, brainstorming, wrap-up)
- Monitor progress, deadlines, and risks on an operational level
- Ensuring the quality and compliance of project deliverables
Requirements
- A tertiary education degree in Switzerland (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Continuing Education in Project Management
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a project manager role
Competencies
- Excellent ability to plan and organize tasks and projects over short, medium, and long periods
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a significant asset
- Native French speaker. Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered an asset.
- Ease of learning various computer tools
- Proficient in the application of collaborative and iterative project management methods
