PMO Project Manager

Banque de proximité Neuchâtel (BCN) is seeking an experienced candidate for the role of PMO Project Manager to lead complex projects and ensure the proper application of PMO methodologies. The position involves 80–100% involvement in day-to-day operations and requires at least five years of experience in the project management field.

Vos missions principales

  • Oversee and manage major, complex, and cross-functional projects independently
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings (kick-off, review, brainstorming, wrap-up)
  • Monitor progress, deadlines, and risks on an operational level
  • Ensuring the quality and compliance of project deliverables
  • Ensure and promote the application of PMO methodology in project management

Votre profil

  • A tertiary education degree in Switzerland (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
  • Continuing Education in Project Management
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a project management role

Your professional skills

  • Excellent ability to plan and organize tasks and projects over short, medium, and long periods
  • Knowledge of the banking sector is a significant asset
  • Native French speaker. Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered an asset.
  • Ease of learning various computer tools
  • Skilled in implementing collaborative and iterative project management methods
