The position of Cheffe or Chef de Secteur Analyse PME Complexes involves managing a team of analysts, developing staff skills and monitoring risks. The job holder will also be responsible for analyzing credit applications, decision making and leading projects on tools and processes.

Vos Missions Principales
- conduire une équipe d'analystes seniors,
- ensure the development of employees' skills,
- ensure the management of risks and guarantee the application of the credit policy,
- analyze the credit applications, take decisions within the framework of the delegation of personal competence and/or establish the preapproval for the higher instances,
- pilot or actively participate in projects related to tools and processes.
Your profile
- formation supérieure en économie ou équivalent,
- expertise (5 à 10 ans) dans le domaine des crédits commerciaux,
- experience in team management,
- management of projects and support for changes,
- rigor, analytical, communication and negotiation skills,
- sensibilité accrue aux risques,
- parfaite maitrise du français et bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.
