Tasks
- Leading a team of senior analysts
- Promoting employee skills
- Ensuring risk management and guaranteeing compliance with the credit policy
- Analysis of loan applications, decision-making within the scope of personal delegation of authority, and/or preparation of preliminary approvals for higher authorities
- Leading or actively participating in projects related to tools and processes
Requirements
- Degree in economics or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in trade finance
- Experience in team leadership
- Project management and change management skills are an advantage
- Rigor, analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills
- High risk awareness
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
