Tasks

Leading an équipe d'analystes seniors
Ensure the development of the collaborators' skills
Ensure the maîtrise des risques and guarantee the application of the politique crédit
Analyze requirements for crédits, make decisions within the scope of personal delegation of authority and/or create templates for higher authorities
Lead or actively participate in tools and processus projects

Requirements

A higher education in economics or equivalent
5-10 years experience in the field of commerciaux crédits
Experience in team management
Experience in project management and change management
Rigor, analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills
Increased risk awareness
Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
