The Position

The Context

• La Vaudoise has embarked on a digital transformation journey with the goal of enhancing the quality of service it offers its customers and meeting their evolving expectations, while improving the efficiency of its processes.
• In this context, we are looking to expand our team of IT Solutions Architects (m/f/x) to support the implementation phase of our digital transformation.

The missions that await you

• Lead and supervise a team of Application Solutions Architects (5 people)
• Define and implement the Solutions Architecture strategy, drawing on the industry's best standards and practices
• Pilot the support provided by architects during the analysis and design phases of digital transformation projects

Votre profil

• Higher Education in Computer Science (EPL, Bachelor's / Master's)
• 10 years or more of IT experience, gained in various roles and environments, including at least 5 years managing a team of expert architects
• Expertise in translating future business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements while assessing the complexity of long-term transformation and integration challenges
• Expertise in cloud migration, particularly Microsoft Azure and SaaS solutions, and development using modern architectures, ideally using a product (Tapis, ID, etc.)
• Excellent analysis, planning and organizational skills
• Experience in a similar field is helpful, but not required.
• Language: French (spoken); English (minimum B2 level)
• You have excellent analytical and planning skills and a deep understanding of both short- and long-term developments in the intricacies of IT architecture.
