Chief Information Security Officer
Migros Bank is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to further develop and manage the bank's information and cyber security. The CISO reports directly to the COO and is responsible for the security strategy, managing the security organization, and integrating security design into business and IT projects.
Tasks
- Management and further development of the security organization, as well as integration of security design into business, IT, and digitization projects
- Definition and management of the bank-wide security program based on a risk-oriented approach, prioritization and coordination of all security-related tasks and projects
- Support and technical assistance for internal and external security organizations/audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Development and technical support for information and cybersecurity strategy in accordance with FINMA requirements. In collaboration with all lines of business.
- Management and further development of the security organization, as well as integration of security design into business, IT, and digitization projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience and leadership in information security teams
- Master's degree (computer science, university of applied sciences), risk management, business informatics, computer science, information security, cyber security
- German (business fluent), English (good knowledge)
- Many years of CISO or comparable overall experience in an industrial company, preferably in a Swiss bank with proven experience in transformation processes
- Top expertise in security governance and risk management, particularly in the enforcement of conceptual and operational security standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Very good knowledge of English regulatory requirements
