Chief of Staff, Clients

Tasks
Operational excellence:- Monitoring the optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Leading the development and implementation of cross-functional projects, e.g., to optimize the experience of customer relationship managers and improve tool-based support for relationship managers.
- Collaborate with the first and second lines of defense to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and relevant industry standards.
- Management of CRM and other relevant tools, including product development and improvement of new features to support customer retention.
- Leading the business intelligence team and guiding the development of customer intelligence dashboards.
- Ensuring robust and stable reporting capabilities tailored to the needs of various stakeholders and enabling data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the Chief Clients Officer to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the strategic mandate.
- Lead key customer projects and initiatives from conception to completion to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Client Officer, providing support with decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritizing initiatives.
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of key initiatives and projects to provide regular updates to the Chief Clients Officer and the Group Executive Board.
Requirements
- Academic degree (bachelor's or master's, including MBA) from a reputable university in a business or technical subject.
- At least 10 years of continuous professional experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, or finance with a focus on sales or customer management.
- Ability to break down problems into logical components, perform structured qualitative and quantitative analyses, and present results in a comprehensible manner.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with front-end tools (CRM, core banking, AML, messaging) and related processes.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and dashboard development to support customer insights and reporting.
- A can-do attitude that embraces uncertainty and a changing environment with frequently new tasks.
- Passion for digital assets and an affinity for this topic, as well as a shared vision for the future of finance.
