Tasks

• As Chief of Staff for Private Clients for the entire bank, you will report directly to the relevant member of the Executive Board and play a key role in implementing the strategic goals and changes in the Private Clients sales segment.
• You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and communicating change processes at all levels.
• You are the contact person for all matters relating to the private customer segment.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of management experience in banking or strategy consulting in the financial services sector
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration
• German (business fluent)
• Management experience in banking or strategy consulting in the financial services sector
• Sales experience in retail and affluent banking (processes, organization, market, competencies)
• Solid project management skills with a focus on time and results
• Strategic, networked, and innovative thinking, as well as a strong understanding of change processes and the ability to initiate, analyze, and manage them
