• Risk, process, and quality management: Process and quality management (e.g., identification and implementation of process-related optimization opportunities within your own organization)
• Management support: Representing the interests of the private client company in selected committees and projects

Profile

• At least 8 years of management experience in banking or strategy consulting in the financial services sector
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) Business Administration
• German (business fluent)

Requirements

• Management experience in banking or strategy consulting in the financial services sector
• Sales experience in retail and affluent banking (processes, organization, market, competencies)
• Leading project management skills with a focus on time and results
