Citrix NetScaler Engineer 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is looking for a Citrix NetScaler Engineer (full-time position) who is responsible for the remote access infrastructure and has experience with Citrix NetScaler, load balancing, and network technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in the IT industry, particularly in the area of network technology and Citrix products.
Tasks
- Assumption of the IT service owner role for the remote access infrastructure to ensure a high level of service
- Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Project work and project support
- 3. Level and 24/7 on-call service
Requirements
- Strong understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- In-depth knowledge of load balancing techniques, content switching, and application delivery controllers
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze log files, identify problems, and solve complex issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated personality
- Higher education in computer science, preferably with versions 12.x or later
- Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler, preferably with PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automation tools
- Basic scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automation tools
- Relevant certifications, such as Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-N)
- Knowledge of other technologies such as ZScaler ZIA & ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI, and mail gateway is an advantage.
- Fluent English and desired German
