The Citrix NetScaler Engineer (m/f/d) is responsible for assuming the role of IT service owner for the remote access infrastructure at Julius Baer and ensuring a high level of service. The tasks also include participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, as well as project work and on-call services.

- Ensuring a high level of service by assuming the role of IT service owner for the remote access infrastructure
- Participation in the planning of disaster recovery and business continuity processes
- Project work and project support
- Third-level and 24/7 on-call service
Requirements
- Solid understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- In-depth knowledge of load balancing techniques, content switching, and application delivery controllers
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze logs, identify problems, and solve complex issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated personality
- Degree in computer science
- Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler, preferably with versions 12.x or higher
- Basic programming skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automation tools
- Relevant certifications, such as Citrix Certified Professional – Networking (CCP-N) or Citrix Certified Expert – Networking (CCE-N)
- Knowledge of other technologies such as Zscaler ZIA & ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI, and mail gateway would be an advantage.
