Citrix NetScaler Engineer 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer Bank is looking for a Citrix NetScaler Engineer who will be responsible for the remote access infrastructure as an IT service owner and who has experience with Citrix NetScaler, network technologies, and scripts. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in computer science and relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N).
Tasks
- Assumption of the IT service owner role for the remote access infrastructure to ensure a high level of service
- Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Project work and project support
- 3. Level and 24/7 on-call service
Requirements
- Strong understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Deep knowledge of load balancing techniques, content switching, and application delivery controllers
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze log files, identify problems, and solve complex issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated personality
- Higher education in computer science
- Proven experience with Citrix NetScaler, preferably with versions 12.x or higher
- Basic scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automation tools
- Relevant certifications, such as Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-N)
- Knowledge of other technologies such as Zscaler ZIA & ZPA, 2FA/MFA, PKI, and Mailgetway is an advantage.
- Fluent English and desired German
