Client Account Manager, APAC, Switzerland

Your role

Are you curious, proactive, and always striving to make a positive impact on clients? We're looking for a WM Client Account Manager who:

• Supports client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and experiences
• Assists client advisors with administrative, risk management, legal, and compliance-related tasks and responsibilities
• manages day-to-day operations in the WM HNW/UHNW Client Service and provides high-quality services
• is the point of contact for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits

Your team

The role will be based in the APAC Switzerland Desk, which focuses on supporting and serving ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will work alongside the industry’s top talent as we manage their assets and provide investment solutions.

Your expertise

• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally
• Unwavering attention to detail, even under pressure
• A team player who stays calm even under pressure
• works with the utmost discretion, tact, and diplomacy
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
