Client Account Manager - Fluent in Mandarin

As a Client Account Manager at UBS in Zurich, you will assist a Client Advisor in managing a sophisticated client portfolio and be responsible for administrative and service-oriented tasks. The position requires fluency in English and Mandarin, as well as experience in the front office and knowledge of banking and financial products.

Then you’ve come to the right place—our Global FIM Segment. - You will work closely with a client advisor and share responsibility for a demanding client portfolio. - You will support the client advisors in their day-to-day operations, including administrative and service-oriented tasks. - You will have telephone (and in-person) contact with clients and process specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account agreements, handling trust and time deposit accounts, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, etc. - You will also serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and independently research client data and information.

Your expertise

- Completed commercial banking training - Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken - Ideally, several years of professional experience in a front-office role, as well as a good understanding of banking and financial products - Familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping procedures - A passion for customer interaction - A team player with a positive attitude - Ability to work well under pressure and a willingness to learn - A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership - Flexibility and excellent communication skills
