Client Account Manager - Fluent in Mandarin

Your role

Then you’ve come to the right place—our Global FIM Segment. - You will work closely with a client advisor and share responsibility for a demanding client portfolio. - You will support the client advisors in their day-to-day operations, including administrative and service-oriented tasks. - You will have telephone (and in-person) contact with clients and handle specific client inquiries and orders, such as preparing account opening documents, processing trust and time deposit accounts, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, etc.

Your expertise

- Completed commercial banking training - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Ideally, several years of professional experience in the front office as well as a good knowledge of banking and financial products - Familiarity with accounting and tax planning - A passion for customer interaction - A cooperative team player with a positive attitude - Ability to perform well under pressure and a strong work ethic - A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership - Flexibility and excellent communication skills
