Client Account Manager
UBS is seeking a Client Account Manager for its Global Wealth Management division in Western Switzerland to serve as the point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day banking transactions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services sector, a solid understanding of financial products, and strong relationship management skills.

We are looking for a Client Account Manager who:- is the point of contact for processing customer orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange transactions, loans, and deposits
- is the direct point of contact for our customers' day-to-day banking transactions and administrative tasks
- Performs account maintenance tasks and customer-related processes, such as opening and closing accounts, suitability assessments, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
Your expertise
- Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a customer-focused team, or other relevant commercial experience in the financial services industry
- solid understanding of financial products
- Effective relationship management skills
- able to use tools and resources to provide added value
- common sense and problem-solving skills
- Confident, motivated, and able to add value
- Professional-level proficiency in English and Russian
