We are looking for a Client Account Manager who: * serves as the point of contact for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits * acts as the direct point of contact for daily banking transactions and administrative tasks for our clients * performs account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, such as opening and closing accounts, suitability assessments, initial and recurring KYC, and due diligence

Your expertise

* Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a customer-focused team or other relevant commercial experience in the financial services industry * solid understanding of financial products * effective relationship management skills * ability to use tools and resources to deliver value to customers * common sense and problem-solving skills * confident, motivated, and able to deliver value in English and Russian
