Client Account Manager

UBS is seeking a Client Account Manager to support Client Advisors in servicing high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and manage day-to-day business activities. The position includes administrative, risk and compliance related tasks as well as managing client accounts and transactions.

Your role

We are looking for a Client Account Manager who:

  • Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • Client Advisors with administrative, risk-related, legal and compliance tasks and obligations
  • Manages the day-to-day business of servicing High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients and provides a high quality service
  • acts as the contact person for processing customer orders, e.g. for share orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • acts as a direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  • manages day-to-day customer transactions and handles requests and problem resolution
  • Performs account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, e.g. account opening and closing, suitability checks, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence checks

Your expertise

  • Experience in the financial services sector, ideally
  • Unwavering attention to detail, even under pressure
  • Team player who remains calm, even under pressure
  • Works with absolute discretion, tact and diplomacy
  • Fluency in English
