Client Account Manager
The Client Account Manager supports account managers in servicing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, performing administrative tasks and ensuring an outstanding client experience. The focus of the role is on day-to-day client support, order processing and administrative activities.

Tasks
- Supporting account managers in delivering exceptional customer service and experience
- Supporting client advisors with administrative, risk-related, legal and compliance-related tasks and duties
- Managing the day to day business of servicing High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth clients and providing high quality service
- Contact point for processing customer orders, e.g. share orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
- Direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
- Management of daily customer transactions and execution of inquiries and troubleshooting
- Execution of account maintenance tasks and customer-related processes, e.g. account opening and closing, suitability checks, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence checks
Requirements
- Experience in the financial services sector, ideally
- Unwavering attention to detail, even under pressure
- Team player who remains calm while
- Works with absolute discretion and tact
- Fluency in English
