Client Account Manager

Your role

We are seeking a Client Account Manager who:

• is directly involved in day-to-day business activities and coordinates with internal and external interfaces (e.g., private equity and hedge fund specialists)
• Processes transactions and executes customer-related trading and investment activities
• Reviewed client portfolios and proactively identified solutions and/or alternatives (e.g., preparation of research results, investment proposals for clients)
• Supported customer advisors with various administrative tasks
• assists in preparing business trips, meetings, and reports for clients

Your team

You will work in the China team in Zurich. Our team is a diverse group of professionals who deliver an outstanding client experience and showcase the best of UBS to our clients. You will play an important role in positioning the team as the partner of choice, offering high-quality solutions and services.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a customer-focused team or other relevant commercial experience in the financial services industry
• common sense and problem-solving skills
• A structured approach to work, confident and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who stays calm
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
• timely and effective execution of tasks
