Client Account Manager
UBS is seeking a Client Account Manager for (U)HNWI Eastern Europe to support the Senior Relationship Manager and act as a point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in client services and strong communication skills.
Your role
Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? We are looking for a Client Account Manager for (U)HNWI Eastern Europe to:- Supporting senior relationship managers who manage demanding (U)HNWI client relationships
- To be the first point of contact for customers with account questions or inquiries, stock orders, payments, etc.
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring activities
- assist with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, etc.
- Performing all processes related to the life cycle of a private client account, including the settlement of securities and foreign exchange transactions with exposure to derivatives, liquidity management, credit issues, and all administrative tasks throughout the client life cycle.
- Work with colleagues to ensure that all customer accounts comply with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Your expertise
- Banking training with further qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in client services
- Open, cooperative, and results-oriented attitude when working with team members, senior partners, and customers
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent organization in a fast-paced environment
- independent and entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in understanding risk
- Proficiency in English and Russian
