Client Account Manager

The role

To strengthen our dynamic FIM Zurich IV Desk in Global FIM (Financial Intermediary, external asset managers) we are looking for a new colleague as Global FIM German-speaking Switzerland - WM Client Account Manager.

Tasks

• You support the customer advisors in their day-to-day business in administrative and front-office matters.
• You have telephone and physical customer contact and process specific customer orders and inquiries; such as payment orders, stock exchange transactions, fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, etc.
• You create opening documents, process openings and balances, monitor due dates/pending items.
• They make changes and carry out various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Training and experience

• Completed OSBC banking apprenticeship or similar background
• Experience in service-oriented customer advice

Skills and knowledge

• Good banking and product knowledge
• Good PC application skills, ideally MS Office
• Fluent in German
• Good PC skills

• A team player with a quick grasp of things
• Independent and responsible
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexible, communicative and have a strong service orientation
