Client Account Manager Wealth Management (WM)

Your role

We are regularly looking for a Wealth Management (WM) Client Account Manager to take on the following responsibilities:

• Supporting client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and experiences
• Supporting client advisors with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance-related tasks and responsibilities
• Management of day-to-day operations within the HNWU Client Service division and delivery of high-quality services
• Entry point for processing client orders, such as stock orders, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits
• Direct point of contact for our clients' day-to-day banking transactions and administrative tasks
• Managing daily client transactions and handling inquiries and troubleshooting
• Performing account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, such as opening and closing accounts, suitability assessments, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
• Supporting client advisors on business trips and assisting with the preparation of client meetings

• Work carried out with the utmost discretion and tact
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
