Client Account Manager, Wealth Management, APAC
UBS is seeking Client Account Managers in Wealth Management for its 2026 Talent Pipeline in Zurich to support advisors in serving high-net-worth clients and to handle administrative and compliance tasks. The position requires experience in the financial services sector, proficiency in English and at least one other language, and a high attention to detail.
Tasks
- Supporting customer service representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and an outstanding customer experience
- Supporting customer service representatives with administrative, risk-related, legal, and compliance-related tasks and responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations in the High-Net-Worth (HNW) client service division and providing high-quality services
Requirements
- Previous experience in the financial services sector
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., German, French)
- An unwavering attention to detail, even under pressure
- A team player who remains calm even when dealing with demanding customers or complex situations
- Work conducted with the utmost discretion, tact, and diplomacy
- Proficiency in MS Office; technical knowledge of MS Access is a plus
