Client Account Manager WM – Greece & Cyprus Team

• manages day-to-day operations in the PC/HNW client support division and provides high-quality service
• is the sole point of contact for a portfolio of clients; understands their needs, such as taxes, legal matters, financial planning, investment advice, loans, and deposits

Your team

You will work on the Greece & Cyprus team as a client account manager for the wealthiest families. Your dedicated efforts will help manage, preserve, and grow our clients' wealth.

Your expertise

• Experience in financial services, ideally
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial qualifications
• A solid understanding of financial products and solutions such as deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, investment products, and credit products
• Effective relationship management skills; able to demonstrate situational awareness and initiative
• able to use tools and resources to serve customers as efficiently as possible
• Interest in financial markets and in working with institutional clients
• common sense and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Confident, motivated, and able to add value
• professional-level proficiency in English and French
• Curious to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can improve and streamline your daily activities, policies, risk standards, and ethical use
