Your role

We are looking for a Client Account Manager WM who:

• Support our account managers in delivering exceptional customer care and experience
• supports our client advisors with administrative, risk-related, legal and compliance tasks and obligations
• manages the day-to-day operations of ultra high net worth individual (UHNWI) clients and provides a high-quality service
• is the first point of contact for processing customer orders, e.g. for share orders, foreign exchange transactions, loans and deposits
• is the direct contact person for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
• manages day-to-day customer transactions and handles requests and problem resolution
• Performs account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, e.g. account opening and closing, suitability checks, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence checks

Your expertise

• Experience in the financial services sector, ideally
• Unwavering attention to detail, even under pressure
• Team player who remains calm while working under pressure
• works with absolute discretion, tact and professionalism
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
