Client Account Services
UBS is seeking a Client Account Manager to support Financial Intermediaries and Wealth Management Client Advisors to provide exceptional client service and assist with client queries and general banking issues. The ideal candidate will have in-depth banking knowledge, excellent communication skills and be fluent in French, Italian and/or English.
Job description
Your role
- Supporting our Global Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers) and Wealth Management Switzerland Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service
- First point of contact for our customers who reach us via the secure messaging channel or by phone
- Supporting clients and External Asset Managers with account issues, general banking topics, various digital topics, payments and share orders on an execution basis
- Embracing change and flexibility, collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge
Your expertise
- In-depth knowledge of banking services, ideally in a client-facing team, combined with excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand complex problems
- Strong interest in financial products
- Strong attention to detail and a resilient team player who remains calm under pressure
- Fluent in French and/or Italian and English
