- Supporting our clients and assisting our consultants in delivering exceptional customer care and experience
- Entry point for a wide range of customer inquiries on topics such as general banking services, accounts, execution of share orders, payments, various digital topics, etc.
- Taking responsibility for customer service tasks and processes by telephone and in writing
Your team
You will work in the GWM FSO Client Services Wealth Management International team, which is part of the Global Wealth Management Front Support Office (FSO).
Your expertise
- In-depth knowledge of banking services
- Experience in the financial services sector, ideally in a customer-oriented team, combined with excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand complex problems
- Strong interest in financial products
- Strong attention to detail and risks
- Resilient team member who remains calm under pressure
- fluent in spoken and written Spanish
