The role

Global Financial Intermediaries (Global FIM) is a globally networked team of over 800 specialists in 22 locations worldwide. With UBS's comprehensive offering and leading capabilities, we provide advisory services and customized solutions to independent wealth managers and institutional asset managers around the world.

Your tasks

• Close cooperation with our customer advisors and support in day-to-day business with administrative and customer-oriented tasks
• Telephone and personal customer contact with our FIM customers

What we wish for

• Completed banking apprenticeship or banking internship
• Professional experience in the front office and
• Experience with conformities for natural persons and ideally domiciliary companies
• Experience with service-oriented customers and quick comprehension skills
• Team player with a quick grasp of things
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Flexible, communicative and organized
• Digital affinity
