The role

• We are looking for a new colleague to support our customer advisors:
• are in direct daily contact with asset managers / multi-family offices
• provide professional support in dealing with customer queries and orders
• support a customer advisor directly in the team with administrative and front office-oriented activities in day-to-day business
• get to know the wide range of services offered by UBS
• make a decisive contribution to achieving the team goals

Requirements

• Experience in opening accounts for natural persons and ideally domiciliary companies
• Experience with service-oriented culture
• Team player with a quick grasp of things
• Independent and responsible
• You are able to work under pressure
• Fluent German and good English
• Flexible, communicative and organized
