The role

Would you like to get to know the asset management sector from the ground up? Or are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to gain in-depth knowledge of the relevant tools, processes, regulations and offerings in this important area of our bank? Then we are looking for you!

Your tasks

• Close cooperation with our customer advisors and support in day-to-day business with administrative and customer-oriented tasks
• Telephone and personal customer contact with our FIM customers

What we wish for

• Completed banking apprenticeship or banking or professional experience in the front office and
• Experience with account management for natural persons and ideally domiciliary companies
• Experience with service-oriented customer and team skills with a quick perception
• Independent and above-average
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Flexible, communicative and organized
• Digital affinity
