Client Account
The Client Account role at UBS in Zurich involves supporting client advisors and handling client inquiries relating to banking services, as well as taking responsibility for client services tasks and processes. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of banking, excellent communication skills and a strong interest in financial products and services.

Tasks
- proactively support our Global Financial Intermediaries (External Asset Managers) and Wealth Management Switzerland clients and help our relationship managers to deliver exceptional client service and an outstanding client experience
- Provide point of contact for a variety of customer inquiries related to topics such as general banking services, accounts, execution of stock market orders, payments, as well as support in various digital topics in the area of digital banking
- take full responsibility for client services tasks and processes that reach us by telephone or in writing
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of banking
- Ability to communicate complex issues

- Strong and resilient team player
- excellent knowledge of German
