The role

Tasks

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps in your consulting work. This is how you take your customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Commercial training, ideally in the banking sector
• Knowledge and experience in the customer and banking environment
• In-depth understanding of stocks
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Passion for sales and high level of service and consulting expertise
• Dedicated commitment to success
• Very good knowledge of German and English
