Tasks

- You accurately identify the diverse needs of our customers and provide them with expert advice. - You have a keen sense for finding optimal solutions. This helps you build long-term customer relationships and win over new customers. - In your consultations, you also rely on innovative tools and apps. This way, you take customers along on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

- Business training, ideally in the banking sector - Knowledge and experience in a customer-facing and advisory role - In-depth understanding of the stock market - Enjoy working with people, a passion for sales, and a strong commitment to customer service - A dedicated commitment to the company's success - Excellent German and English language skills
