Client Advisor Assistant - Cité
UBS is seeking a Client Advisor Assistant in Carouge for its Personal & Corporate Banking division to advise clients on financial products and digital topics. The position requires experience in the financial sector, sales skills, and a very good command of English (C1).
Responsabilités
- Knowledge of the local market and the customer base
- In-depth knowledge of the field
- Invest in new products, insurance, stocks, real estate, annuities, or mutual funds
- To enhance our clients' knowledge of investing and retirement planning
- Improve customer loyalty through financial advice, stocks, or investment products
- Successfully carry out data collection, which is essential to the entire collaboration
- Provide personalized advice and information
- Mastering communication and interaction on IT-related topics
Requirements
- Experience in a competitive industry
- Knowledge of the financial market and/or economic cycles
- Knowledge of financial products and the investment sector
- Interest in working in the field of new technologies
- A passion for sales and the momentum that comes with it
- Strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of computer programs (Excel and Word)
- A good level of English is required (C1)
