Client Advisor ITasks
- Development, establishment and growth of customer relationships in the context of the international market risk framework Italy
- Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues in the investment products and solutions teams
- Develop a plan to expand the customer book with measurable results, in compliance with all Italian specific rules and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client-investor profiles
- Strategic view of clients' investments and close monitoring of portfolio quality
- Compliance with all regulations, policies and standards to align with our risk management culture
Requirements
- Experience in relationship management
- Firm understanding of the Italian financial market
- Ability to build a strong customer network
- Resilient team player and truly service-oriented
- Aptitude for digitalization and technology
- Excellent communication skills in Italian
