The role

Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Client Advisor (m/f) to join our Construction and Real Estate unit in Zurich.

Core tasks

• Support and targeted development of demanding corporate clients in the real estate sector
• Development and implementation of customized financing solutions for real estate of all types (e.g., apartment buildings, office, commercial, and industrial properties, logistics)
• Implementation of customized interest rate hedging strategies and consulting in the areas of cash management and foreign exchange
• Cooperation with various internal interfaces and specialists

Requirements

• University/university of applied sciences degree
• Solid professional experience in the commercial sector
• Extensive banking experience, analytical skills
• Strong customer and sales skills, as well as enjoyment of working independently with customers
• High motivation, reasonable work-life balance
