Client Advisor - Swiss Onshore Market

Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse team within J.P. Morgan's Swiss private bank. We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, confident, and motivated to deliver a first-class experience to our clients.

Tasks

As a Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan in Zurich, you would lead new client acquisition and retention through comprehensive knowledge of investments, banking, fiduciary services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and leverage our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution. Key responsibilities include:
  • Generate results and acquire new assets
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide customers with interdisciplinary expertise when needed
  • Understand client allocation, asset management, and goals to develop and implement an investment plan for the entire balance sheet.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.
  • Partner with other client advisors in the team to maximize team strength and achieve the team goal

Requirements

The required qualifications, skills, and characteristics include:
  • Significant experience in private banking, working with high net worth individuals in Zurich and surrounding regions
  • Previous experience in business development with knowledge of customer profiling, negotiation, and proactively requesting referrals
  • Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and possesses exceptional presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business
  • Experience or proven understanding of investments, banking, and fiduciary concepts
  • Strong reputation with an established network
  • Fluent English and German

Preferred qualifications

Preferred qualifications, skills, and characteristics include:
  • Asset allocation or experience in the sale of structured products
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is an advantage

  • Fluent French and/or Italian
